When you go to hire a law firm, you need to be sure that you pick one that has experience in dealing with the particular insurance company that you’re fighting. UNUM, CIGNA, AETNA, LINA, Metlife, you name it. We’ve been up against them all. We’ve fought them over the course of 20 years, and they know us. I know, for example, that some of these companies actually flag my name when it appears in the file. That pleases me greatly. I know what the companies do. I know how they do it behind the scenes in ways that they don’t ever want a jury to see. Experience matters. Understanding the company and the claim from the beginning matters. And we do.
