Experience Matters
Our passion is your passion. From the very first time you speak with us, we are working to understand what you’re facing and how that has impacted your life.

We Focus on Your Humanity
If you are fighting some giant faceless entity, it can seem overwhelming, but you should understand that faceless entity does not have your greatest strength: humanity. Our energy is directed to focus your story and your humanity in such a way that it overwhelms the forces aligned against you.
One example of such a story can be found in a case we handled at the beginning of the last decade. The claim itself was a small one; less than $10,000 in total damages were at stake at the beginning. But the case was more than just a case; it was about what our client faced that fueled our fight. In that case, our client was faced with a dire choice to feed her children by continuing to work and risk miscarriage or hire our team to fight on her behalf. The facts of that case resulted in a Wall Street Journal article titled The ERISA Trap and two rulings by a federal judge that changed the course of the law and awarded our client her desperately needed benefits.
Combined, our team has more than four decades of litigation experience and can shepherd you through the process and guide your claim to your desired outcome. We have seen a lot over the years and can often predict the insurance company’s actions. While no two cases are identical, experience matters.
